Each year, our abridged Shakespeare production, first staged at the Theater's home on Navy Pier, tours for five weeks to area schools. The full 13-member cast, accompanied by a crew of light and sound operators, a dresser, and stage managers, meet early every morning and head out to school auditoriums across a tri-state area.
This 90-minute abridged production includes a discussion with the cast following each performance. Morning and afternoon performances can be scheduled to accommodate a school's own needs. The performance can be staged in any school auditorium equipped with a full stage, lighting, and sound systems, and is recommended for groups of 300 or more.
