Responsibilties & Roles: Develop a Targeted / Dream List of What the Chicago Southland Needs for Sporting Facilties
Work Hand-in-Hand with the CSCVB on any Potential New Sporting Facilities
Develop Relationships with Business Leaders and Developers

Volunteer Committee

Responsibilties & Roles: Develop a Targeted List of Volunteers for Various Sporting Events
Work with Booster Clubs, Parks & Recs, and other Southland Associations to Solicit Volunteers
Develop an Action Plan for Coordinating / Contacting Volunteers When Needed

New Business Development Committee

Responsibilties & Roles: Develop a Targeted List of Sports / Niche Market Events for the CSCVB to Pursue
Work with the CSCVB's Sports Marketing Executive on Upcoming / Outstanding Bids
Develop an Action Plan to Reach Southland Residents About "Bringing Their Events Home"
Work with Local Events to Enhance Attendance / Room Nights (Making Larger Events)

Sponsorship Committee

Responsibilties & Roles: Develop a Targeted List of Businesses to Pursue for Sports Commission Sponsorship
Work with the CSCVB to Enhance and Execute the Sponsorship Program
Develop an Action Plan with the New Business Development Committee for Funds Usage
